Experience:

 -Two time high school state qualifier in the 100 and the 200 meters
 -Track scholarship Southern Illinois University
 -Two time NCAA Division1  All American in track and  Field.
-Trained many national caliber athletes in sprinting and    
  distances races.

Objective:
The athletes will become faster due  to training the Anaerobic Alactic and Anaerobic lactic systems  We also provide information on strength  training and proper nutrition for athletes.
